We are having massive problems with Plesk 10 and the way it handles customers and clients. I would go in to a tirade about how ineffectively it is designed but that wont help matters.
The problems:
Added domains using the "subscriptions" feature, there are no customer accounts.
Now we want to allow one of these domains the ability to access the control panel for their domain. If you go to the control panel for the domain and add a user, that user that logs in can still see all the subscriptions in the top right.
So it would make sense to create a customer and then move that domain into the customer
Add Customer means you have to add a domain name at the same time, but we already have one so dont want to do that.
Create it with a dummy domain and then delete the domain after
Now move the subscription to that customer and we get an error that the "IP is already none"
So how do you move a domain into a customer account along with the IP?
