Move one domain to another plesk server

How do you move one domain( and all email, etc) from one plesk server to another (both are linux servers)? I found several threads on move domains between clients on the same server, however, I could not find any threads on move a single domian to another plesk server.

Any thoughts?

Use the Migration Manager.
