Moving everything managed by Plesk from one server to another?

I have two Plesk 7.5.4 servers (Fedora Core 2), each with a few websites on them. I need to move everything managed by Plesk on these two servers onto a new third server.

What's the easiest way to do that?
 
How exactly would I use that? I don't see a binary for it anywhere in /usr/local/psa/admin
The new Plesk server will be preinstalled by the time I get to it, but won't have anything on it.
