• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

1- When creating the MSSQL DB "Collation Name" Field Must be optional or encoding suffers..., PLESK uses MSSQL server default, this should be optional to the user, this is very important!!

2- When the client clicks on the mssql web admin link the default server adress comes with "localhost" we have to answer lots of tickets to tell them the address of the server.

How can we integrate our old clients MSSQL DB's to plesk. we have some customers who already has MSSQL DB but plan to migrate our plesk servers from non control panel servers, who are used to use Enterprise Manager to connect to their databases. How can we add an MSSQL DB and User entry to plesk DB without actually creating it on the MSSQL server ?(because the DB is already located at Mssql Server)
