Mssql Problem

On my windows plesk (I use updated 9.3) Select MS SQL WebAdmin but in the Database Hosting Preferences i am not able to see mssql or add mssql server to my plesk. Also my clients should not do it too . Why this error occurs ?

Do you have MySQL server in 'Server components'. Try to click 'Refresh' button there.

I think that it would be much more effectively - contact support team if it is really very important.

is this a support or saling form do you have any advice ? this is brand new upgrated plesk , it was working well before uprade (it was plesk 9.0 before ) thanks
