multiple control panel users for one domain

Is there a way to have multiple user names/passwords with control panel capabilities for one domain? (other than the default domain administrator, web users, and mail users)

For instance, I'm providing tech support for a domain administrator. The domain has several directories but for three in particular:
IE:
domain.org/directory1
domain.org/directory2
domain.org/directory3

The admin wants three different users to be able to log into plesk and work exclusively with their directory for ftp purposes.

I know how to make these directories secure for web access, but not for control panel and ftp access.

Is this possible?
