New Pleskian
Hello,

its my first Post here, and i come to you all with an big Problem for me.
I have read so many articles, knowledgebases and tutorials, but nothing solves my Problem.

The option "Add/Remove Components" > "Web hosting features" > "Different PHP interpreters versions" is not available in the Parallels Installer for me.

I am using Plesk 12.0.18 Update #47 on an Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS.
All is running fine and completly up to date.
Any idea how i can solve this Problem?

best regards

Hi,

first i have to thx for youre answer.
I have contacted my Provider and he told me, that they give only "support" for the first steps with it and for the License.
After i have read the answer that you have postet and after the message from my Provider i have done a very long strait on reading and searching.

After all of this, i have found the issue. I have changed the Source in the .autoinstallerrc. Now i have all functions they are in Plesk available. And i am Happy :)

Thanks, regards

Hi bre2ake,
i have the same problem. What have you done?
My source is: SOURCE=ftp://ftp.stratoserver.net/pub/plesk/
Which source you chose.

My System:
OS Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS
Plesk Version 12.0.18 Update #48

Thank you
Frank

Hi Der_Frank,

the same Source where specified in my file too.
I have changed the Line to: SOURCE=http://parallels.mirrors.ovh.net/parallels/.
Then you can use the option "Add/Remove Components" > "Web hosting features" > "XXXXX".
If this is not working, login via ssh and use the autoinstaller and choose all what you need.
After this, you can normaly use the Add/Remove Components whithin Plesk.

best regards
