• The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions.
Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
  • Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.

Hello Plesk Community,

Before I jump into my problem I would like to give you an image on how we work. We're using Plesk of course but our DNS is owned by OVH (somehow OVH DNS records are connected to Plesk's and that which I think is the source of our problem). We use Thunderbird for our emails and below you can see the client configuration.

I used to create emails on Plesk and work with no problem, but now our emails can send to each other but can't send outside (to Gmails or Outlooks…etc). Recently I tried to create a new email and it can send and receive (internally) but when I try to login to a certain application and need to confirm the email, I don't receive the confirmation email even though that works for me on the other emails created from before.

The client configuration as:

SMTP SERVER:
Server Name > mail.domain.fr
Port > 465
Connection Security > SSL/TLS
Authentication method >Normal password or Encrypted password

IMAP SERVER:
Server Name > mail.domain.fr
Port > 993
Connection Security > SSL/TLS
Authentication method >Normal password or Encrypted password

When I looked on the internet I found out that that can be caused if our IP gets blacklisted or something, is that it? Or is it just DNS records issue?

~I would appreciate any help from you guys, thank you!

@khalidbochajra you can use mxtoolbox.com or various other online resources to check if your IP has been blacklisted.

You can use SSLQuery Labs Server Check to check your TLS Certificate is correctly installed.

Note your local IP to your account may be blocked by the server with too many false log in's so also change your local IP (restart your Router or change VPN settings)
