my server is going down many times a day.

servers specs:
- centos 5.5
- plesk 10.4.3
- qmail
- apache

log (/var/log/sw-cp-server) describing the error:

What are your server specs: ie

RAM, CPU, Processor

free -m
df -h

You can also use htop to help monitor the processes that are taking down your server, and you can bring them down before they do so with: CPU Limit
