Hello,

I need to know the credentials needed to administer MySQL via the Linux console, not via PLESK.

Please reply.

Hi

Ive only just been evaluating plesk recently but I think you should be able to access it from the console via

mysql -u admin -p and type the password you set the plesk administrator to.

If your not sure what the plesk admin psw is take a look at /etc/psa/.psa.shadow

Cheers

Paul

Access psa mysql database from command line.

If your not sure what the plesk admin psw is take a look at /etc/psa/.psa.shadow

As posted elsewhere, this may save a few keystrokes and typos:

Code:
mysql -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow`;
use psa;
