MySQL database with domain prefix

Hello,

is it anyhow possible to add a domain specific pre or postfix to a database name? (The same question for db user too.)

I mean if a user create a database which name is portal than an other user with an other domain can not create it because the db exists.
I would like to see somyhing domain1_portal and domain2_portal where the user defines only "portal" as db name and the system(PLESK) automatically add "domain1_" or "domain2_" to it.

Thanks!
