MySQL dump file and Plesk stops working

Hi,
this morning the disk space of the (Windows 2003) server where Plesk is installed was completely filled.
Then i discovered several big files (over 3GB) were in the folder:
\SWsoft\Plesk\MySQL\Backup\psa-200702xx.dump

At the same time, Plesk (7.6.1) control panel stopped working. After logon I get this error:

edit: problem solved

thanks to SWSoft's frontline-support, the problem is solved using this KB:

by the way, the problem with cmd.exe permissions arised after a WindowsUpdate.
