Mysql duplicate entry error: enabling spam filter in plesk

Hi guys,

when im trying to enable spam filter for a particular email account i get this mysql error:

Error: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '[email protected]' for key 3 (mail id i hid it for security reasons [email protected])..

i searchd in the psa database but could not find any duplication...

It would be great if any one can help me out to get this issue fixed....!!!!

Have you tried to remove this mailbox and create it again?

try readding mailbox also try disabling and re enabling spam filter server wide.
