MySQL Migration and Migration Manager

Migration manager doesn't seem to transfer all of the database information. Is anyone else having this problem?

It seems sort of pointless to have a migration "manager" that only does a partial migration.
 
Yes, I encountered this when I migrated some sites on WEBppliance 3.5 to Plesk 7.5.2. The DB users were not properly imported so I manually added the DB account that the site was using.
