Never mind - my screwup.
I ended up enlisting the help of a company called Enterux Solutions (www.enterux.com). Their pricing was really fair and the service was great. The person there put up with about 100 emails from me regarding various glitches and gremlins. They ended up having to reload a few packages.
I wanted to say "thanks!" to Enterux and to the members on here who posted help for me. Sorry about being somewhat of a noob.
