i cant import my DB to plesk VPS what should I do now Please Help

i tried visa SSH installed new 8.xx version now Myphpadmin also not working

Whatever user account you're using to import the database through phpmyadmin does not have the proper permissions (thus the denied message). Either do it under the root account or update the user's permission to be able to use select and any other permissions needed. See Managing Database User Accounts

@Gamingmate92 , can you please try running the following commands to ensure the root user has the necessary privileges:

plesk db
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON mysql.* TO 'root'@'localhost';

"I installed UpdraftPlus Backup/Restore on my old domain, downloaded the old backup and files, then changed the DNS to my new VPS with Plesk. I restored everything, and now the whole site works! That’s how I fixed it, haha."
