I would like to know how to do this. Using 7.5.4 and redhat 9

Im a little thick at things like this so a easy quide would be nice lol.

Im not sure what this site is about. I know its got RPM's on there, but do I have to install a RPM to use there RPM's can someone explain in lame mans terms please.
