The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
Hello folks I've installed a plesk panel but I didn't make a nameserver setting so I'm very confused, but I still don't help if I can give you the admin panel.
yes plesk panel I installed dns first and then I entered for adomain, but I still get the error I can not find the IP address, if you look at the settings of the panel information?
Where is the problem still not running nameserver addresses?
Ok, so you added the same IP for ns1 and ns2, now you'll need to go to the registrar side and register the nameservers there, and then you'll be able to setup the nameservers. If you're getting an error, we will need to see the error you are getting.

If I understand right, your domain is menlyinteractive.com, the IP of your Plesk server is 18.191.41.168. Is this correct?
If it is, the current situation is:
- at the registrar of the domain, the DNS for the domain is ns1.byet.org and ns2.byet.org (probably all the way to ns5)
- these name servers point the domain to IP 185.27.134.252, and the mail server to 82.163.176.236
- there is no DNS response from either the IP 18.191.41.168 or 185.27.134.252.
Please confirm if the domain name and the IP of your VPS are correct, before we go any further...

I would advise against blindly throwing credentials at a forum user. I'm sure Ales is a great guy, but you need to consider the security of your environment.
