Need a missing file - can someone help me?

Hi there!

I've a 0-byte file that I need so webmail will start working again after the upgrade to 7.5.3.

Can someone send me this file:

C:\Inetpub\vhosts\webmail\horde\pear\Log\file.php

I think it's supposed to be 7-8KB and a part of the php PEAR (PHP Extension and Application Repository).

Please help me with this one guys.
