Need heelp in understanding Email Queue Interface

Hello, today I stopped receiving emails so I checked my server and got to email queue in Plesk, I see many emails in queue and many unknown 'receipts', I am not sure how this works, does thsi mean someone is using my server to send spam to many users or the many 'receipts' that I see here are just users that recived same message from spammer like CardumCopy (cc)?

What do you understand from this image? What are all those many receipts?
