• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Need Help considering an Email-Settings Problem

JohnT

New Pleskian
Hello Everyone,

First of all id like to excuse myself for any following mistakes since iam german and english is quite difficult :)

I have a Problem with Plesk,

I had an User with 2 Abonnements, my task was to create another User and separate the Abonnements which worked fine. So now i have 2 Users with 2 Separate Abonnements.

My Problem: User 2 can't configure any Email configurations - even tho he has all the rights needed - the Email Setting Button is simply not there when this user logs in.

Hi JohnT,

pls. check the depending Service Plan Settings ( as admin ) at => HOME > Service Plans > YOUR-SERVICE-PLAN-NAME > (tab) Mail and make sure, that the subscriptions are synced with the depending Service Plan.

Thanks for your reply,

i just checked the Service Plan and synchronized it again, still no Mailing Available if i log in with the Users Account.

Any other idea ?

-> I can configure my own Email while being logged in with the user, but the user is somehow not allowed to create and organize new E-Mail adresses - thats the problem
