Resolved Need to upgrade from Plesk 12 to latest version after ransomware

Hi,

We have a windows 2008 server that got hit with the NSA AES-NI ransomware before Microsoft released the patch for it. We were in the process of getting everything ready to deploy a new 2016 server with the latest version of Plesk.

There used to be a link on the home page to request support but it's gone now. How do we request support please? We're a web hoster with the unlimited domains package.
