new email problem

Hi,
im trying to create a new mail-account with plesk 8.3.0. At first it seems like its working, but i cant login with roundcube or thunderbird. i can open the webmail link in plesk, and it will login, but it seems it can only send mail, and not recieve.

am i missing something here? (not very experienced person here)
