I tried to install Plesk 8.3 on a new SuSE 10.2 64Bit machine. The autoinstaller gives me the following error:
Downloading the file SiteBuilder/SiteBuilder_4.1.0/sitebuilder-4.1.0-suse10.2-x86_64.inf3: 100% done.
ERROR: OS template name is already defined as suse-10.2-x86_64 (try set name suse-10.2-x86)

Yes, I checked that it is a 64 Bit installation with "uname -i". I also tried some older installers I downloaded from the FTP server. Always the same error.

What can I do?

Best regards,
Rainer

Try to install only Plesk (without Sitebuilder), for example with:
./swsoft_installer_v3.3.0_build080201.09_os_SuSE_10.2_x86_64 --select-release-id PLESK_8_3_0 --install-everything

I have the same problem

Downloading the file PSA_8.3.0/plesk-8.3.0-suse10.2-i386.inf3: 100% done.
Downloading the file SiteBuilder/SiteBuilder_4.1.0/sitebuilder-4.1.0-suse10.2-i386.inf3: 75%..100% done.
ERROR: OS template name is already defined as suse-10.2-x86 (try set name suse-10.2-x86_64)
Not all packages were installed.
Please, resolve the above problem and try installing the packages again.

but i have no x86_64 system

uname -a
2.6.24-Twisters_kernel #2 SMP PREEMPT Thu Feb 21 16:35:23 CET 2008 i686 athlon i386 GNU/Linux

What can i do ?

Thanks
