Newbie question: it's possible install dll components through Plesk remotely?

Hi! Please, i have a basic question: I will order a server on EV1 with Plesk Panel, but before that, i need to know if can i register dll components (REMOTELY) like, for example, CSimageFile (chestysoft), dyncrypto and anothers comercial components through Plesk Panel or even simple components like CDONTS and others? I ask that for Ev1servers support, but they dont know answer me! Swsoft support dont answer me and i cant found on forum search... Thanks a lot!

No, components are registered by uploading to the server and using the regsvr32 windows command.
