Question No access in Server Management in Plesk Onyx 17.5.3

Hello everyone,
i just want to Kill Processes.in php and restart web server in order to take affect in some changes in php.ini but i cannot see anywhere in the left menu the Server Management tab with tools and settings and all these features...
Any ideas how to show that menu?
