• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

No email regarding disk space overuse?

Chris1

Regular Pleskian
I have a customer on a 250MB hosting plan and has been using approximately 450MB for the past few days but hasn't received a resource overuse email.

In my notifications I have "Resource usage limits exceeded by subscription" set to send myself and the customer an email but neither of us have received anything.

What am I missing here?

I've just noticed that I had the box "Notify me by email in cases of overuse" unticked in the service plan. Would this be the issue? Would the customer and I both receive emails regarding disk space overuse now?

Yes you should ...
Also, just to be sure email notifications are working, are you able to receive other Plesk related notifications?

Hello abdi, thank you for your reply.

I believe so, I've received Wordpress plugin update and outgoing mail limit emails.

Great then!
It seems the "Notify me by email in cases of overuse" option is the solution. Give it a try and let us know if that fails to work too.
