Issue No log rotation config file for add-on and subdomains created

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
Logrotation configuration files in /usr/local/psa/etc/logrotate.d/ are not being created upon domain creation of add-on domains and subdomains. The log rotation configuration is only created for subscription domains.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Adding a domain or sub-domain domain.tld to an existing subscription.

ACTUAL RESULT
/usr/local/psa/etc/logrotate.d/domain.tld not created, logs of add-on domains and subdomains do not rotate.

EXPECTED RESULT
/usr/local/psa/etc/logrotate.d/domain.tld created, all logs rotate.
