I see default Plesk page when I go to this domain. Is this problem still actual for you?

The timeout error you are experiencing is most likely due to an ip address block by fail2ban. You may have been blocked for too many invalid login attempts (e.g. e-mail, panel login etc.) Please try to access the URL from a different ip address, then clear the ip address that was blocked from the Fail2Ban list.
