no upload function on asp.net manager component

i just created an mssql database on my plesk account . when i go to webadmin it redirects me to asp.net component manager however there is no upload feature wherein i can upload my old db into the db i just created.

care to help me on this?

There should be 'Import' option. Does it exist in your case?
