  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Hi there!

you may try the following ways to investigate what the problem actualy is:

1. check that domain is active, restart it just in case

2. check that httpd and named services are up: Server -> Service Management

3. then check that files in domain's httpdocs directory has the correct permissions. They should be FTPUSER:psacln 755, where FTPUSER is one that was set for domain:

Domains -> DOMAIN.COM -> Setup -> Ftp User

4. then you may try to run websrvmng utility to repair all apache configs if they are corrupted:

#/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/websrvmng -a -v

5. finally look into the error logs to get some more clues:

/home/httpd/vhosts/DOMAIN.COM/statistics/logs/error_log

hi
thanks for your reply

i can to realise that i had changed the setting s in plesk in the file manager for the httpdoc and that it was this that was not allowing http access to the files

thanks for taking the time to reply
