Issue Numerous issues suddenly on multiple servers - new domains, aliases, etc.

Basic Pleskian
We have multiple servers on CentOS 6.5 running Plesk 12.0.18 Update #85 (last updated at June 8, 2016). Just this week we're noticing a number of identical issues on these systems, so it may be related to the latest update. Even our data center techs are stumped so we're looking for answers.

1. When adding a new subscription/hosting account, after filling out the settings and clicking OK, the OK button changes to 'Please Wait' but it never switches to a success page or gives a success notification as it used to. Eventually it'll usually give a timed out or NGINX error if we wait long enough (5 minutes or so).
HOWEVER, the new account is created - at least mostly. Plesk used to add multiple directories for new accounts like logs, anon_ftp, cgi-bin, httpdocs, httpsdocs, private, subdomains... Now only a logs and httpdocs directory are there. Also there used to be default files added to the httpdocs directory, but now it starts out empty. In most cases the new accounts seem to work via FTP and HTTP, though we're odd behavior with a couple.

2. When adding or removing domain aliases, the server behaves similarly. The action is done, but the server never gives any success page or notice - it just times out or leaves the OK button changed to 'Please wait'.

3. With one new account, all non-PHP files uploaded via FTP give a NGINX 404 error. If the same file is removed, a regular Not Found error appears. Files created directly on the server are fine, and any PHP file uploaded or directly created are fine. All permissions and file users are identical. We've worked for hours on this one to no avail.

4. We've tried running the domain reconfigure command (
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpdmng --reconfigure-domain <domain_name>) via SSH but it hangs as well now - no report or anything. Only a Pause/Break key unhangs the command line.

All accounts added previously and all files added previously all seem to work fine, thankfully, but there is definitely something going on with Plesk.

We've restarted the apache, DNS, and NGINX services.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Kalin

Forgot to mention -
5. Unlock & Sync now also hangs (browser keeps waiting for response).
6. Trying to change Hosting Settings on an account hangs (browser keeps waiting for response).
