Hello everyone. I hope someone can give me a tip.
The server was newly set up with Debian 12 and I wanted to transfer two mailboxes with the internal email transfer software.
I set up two domains and set up the respective e-mail addresses.
Now I wanted to transfer the mails from the old server. This worked directly for the first domain.
With the second one I always get the following error message.
Does anyone have any ideas? What can I do?

not be recognized automatically. Please make sure that the
email address has not been entered, enter the hostname below
or the IP address of the IMAP source server and click "OK",
to continue.

Error establishing the IMAP connection via SSL to the source mail server.
Would you like to perform the import via a regular IMAP connection without
encryption (insecure)?

No connection could be established via IMAP with the source mail server
could be established. Make sure that the source email address
and/or the host name of the IMAP source server are correct.

Hello. It's not clear what is the "internal email transfer software" your admin is referring to. If possible could you provide a screenshot and the exact steps of what he is doing to transfer the emails?
