  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Official support if reseller doesn't give support

There are a lot of Plesk license resellers who not give any kind of support for Plesk (in any versions).
That because I am really missing the official support here. Hopefully that one day we can have official support from Odin / Plesk Team if the reseller does not provide any kind of support.

Thank you. I can say that we are aware of this problem. Responsible persons are working on the technical realisation of improvements our support workflow. It will take some time. We will announce these changes when they are ready.
