• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

online support form doesn't work

hello everybody

the online support form doesn't work. i access it directly from the "Support"-Button in my Plesk 7.5.4 Control Panel or manually at www.swsoft.com -> Support -> Plesk -> Online Support Form.

The Support form will be accepted and i receive a feedback on the browser, that they will send me an email and i should use the ticket number in the subject for future corespondence.

but i receive only this error message back via email:
"No permission to create tickets in the queue 'PleskSupport'"
from the email adress [email protected]

nobody from Plesk in London or Washington knows the problem.
i have buy the plesk support, i have validate my key trough Plesk in Washington.

Does somebody have the same experience?

it's not very professional from swsoft. shoud i buy the premium phone support? they have redirected me to russia for support but nobod is there ond nobody knows about problems with the support from.

Pavel Malyavko has fixed it for me.

it seems that my brand new plesk key was not activated in the support system.

I thank Pavel for his fast response and the great service!
