Only "admin" is able to connect to Plesk Panel

Vlikhtanskiy, thanks for the info.

Unfortunately the upgrade didn't go well: http://snag.gy/YYOTs.jpg

And now the Extensions section is unaccessable with the same error, and clicking MagicSpam on the main dashboard displays similar error. I'll try to chage permissions on that file

# ls -la /opt/psa/admin/sbin/modules/magicspam/license_manager
ls: cannot access /opt/psa/admin/sbin/modules/magicspam/license_manager: No such file or directory

So I need instructions how to proceed

I uninstalled the extension using the command line
/usr/local/psa/bin/extension -u magicspam

... and then reinstalled through extension catalog. The installation was successful now.

I also checked for the original problem for this thread, message that only admin can see the module, and it seems it was fixed.

To reiterate what vlikhtanskiy said, the bug has been fixed, and a new update for MagicSpam is published. We want to thank the Parallels team for their prompt actions. Feel free to contact us for any questions or concerns regarding MagicSpam!
