This is probably a dumb question to most, but is it possible to manage server ports using Plesk? If not, how does one go about opening and closing certain ports?

No we are not using the psa-firewall. We have an external firewall we're using...

okay, then simple answer, you will not use plesk to configure your firewall. You should have some sort of interface or ssh or something.......

So you just need to open/close a port for plesk usage?
