Outgoing Antispam extension doesn't show up in extension list

Hi,

I installed the Parallels Premium Outgoing Antispam extension with the update tool.
Now the update tool say that the extension is installed but it's not listed under the extension in the backend.

Not sure if it helps but:
# /etc/init.d/ctasd_initd status
Parallels Premium Outgoing Antispam is running.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

I'm not sure if this problem is reproduceable.
It would also help for me if i know how to remove the anti spam extension with shell completly.

Use something like

# rpm -e commtouch
