  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello,

We are experiencing a problem with the outgoing mail limit. This is not the first time we have noticed this issue.

We have a domain with a limit of 1,600 emails per hour (for the domain, subscription, and mail account). However, the client is unable to send emails. When we check the statistics, we see the following:

Captura de pantalla 2025-04-16 a las 10.52.06.png

The limit is 1,600, and there are 48 more. But when we click on the number 48:

Captura de pantalla 2025-04-16 a las 10.53.10.png
We can see 20 sent successfully and 47 rejected. However, the limit is not 20; it should be 1,600. Any ideas?

How have you resolved this in the past? It looks like a mismatch between the Plesk and mail control database. The recommendation here is to sync them with this command:
Code:
plesk repair mail example.com
If that's what you've been doing and this keeps happening then it's likely that there's some hardware or OS glitch that makes the sync fail during maintenance. If so, please share the system uptime and hosting provider for some recommendations.
