• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • Our UX team believes in the in the power of direct feedback and would like to invite you to participate in interviews, tests, and surveys.
To stay in the loop and never miss an opportunity to share your thoughts, please subscribe to our UX research program. If you were previously part of the Plesk UX research program, please re-subscribe to continue receiving our invitations.

That's just the default setting for new mail accounts. Check settings for individual mail accounts under the subscriptions.

Yes, of course I already looked at it, I also restarted the server and did a repair mail...

Any suggestions or commands to really see what the limit is or look in the psa DB or something?

Thanksssssss

and still I get these warnings
You have not yet mentioned what warnings exactly. Can you please quote them in full or provide a screenshot of them?

Yes, of course I already looked at it
There are three levels where you can set limits: subscription, domain, mailbox. Could you please show the setting for each of these levels that are involved with the mailbox from where you send mails?

even without limits, it jumps to the "attempts to exceed the limit" warning.

That is o.k. for a certain period after a limit was exceeded, regardless whether that limit was then lifted. You'll see the message even when set to "unlimited" for a day, and you'll also still receive limit exceeded warning mails, but mails will be sent anyway. Within 24 hours the warning should vanish.

ok, so I understand that for example tomorrow if I launch the mailing everything will be fine and I will not receive the notice...

We will test... Thanks
