Own SMTP Server on Plesk?

Hi!

I'm new to Plesk. I want to send Emails via Outlook trough my Plesk IP to anotherone. So that means I have to change the "smtp.myisp.com" to my Plesk Server Ip. But what to do in Plesk?

How can I do this?
