page timing out /looping

Ok we have a client using the latest version of IE (6.0.28...). When they login to sitebuilder to edit they get the first page showing , but when they click on the next page to edit it - eg contact-us - they say that the message about "Loading... Please wait until this page if sully loaded" doesn't go away at all but just loops. The same happens with the latest version of Firefox 1.0.7. Anyone have any idea on this one?
