I uninstalled SWSoft's SiteBuilder and it fixed our Plesk control panel problems immediately. Now the control panel flies as it's supposed to.

Might try that if you have SiteBuilder installed and see if it helps.

This is the problem, i don´t have the Site Builder installed =\
