Panel 10.1 trial - no Customer & Business option

I have installed a trial of Plesk Panel 10.1 and have it up and running. It says that the Customer and Business component is installed, but it is not available anywhere. Also, when I try to go to the Install & Updates screen, the options there are all greyed out (so I can't install any new components).

How do you activate the Customer & Business component in an already installed panel? We're running it on Win Server 2008 R2, 64 bit.

Are you sure that you have requested from sales representative and installed trial license and you have not installed default license?
 
first of all - check that hostname you've entered on plesk initial configuration screen is resolved from the server locally

additionally you can try to login in CBM directly using https://<yourip>:8443/plesk-billing/admin/ url, an then try to check something.
