• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Panel experience survey - Unable to dismiss

ChrisHH

New Pleskian
For some time now, when logging in as the admin user, we get what looks like it wants to be a pop-up, but shades the main "home" screen gray. It reads:

Tell us what you think about Panel

Please take a moment to provide feedback about your Panel experience. Your comments are very important as they help us improve our product.

Would you like to take a survey?

{ OK } { Later } { No, Thanks }

What can we do to get this dismissed? It operates like this on Google Chrome, FireFox and IE on a PC, as well as Google Chrome, Safari and FireFox on a Mac.

Resolved

This issue was resolved by installing the v.11.0 version of the theme/skin available from Parallels for Plesk Panel. I'm not entirely sure why this isn't done automatically, or the admin isn't given a warning of some kind that their theme is out of date.
