• Debian 11 has reached its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.81 is the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Panel not working properly after physical upgrade

I requested my provider to upgrade my server with a new RAM stick (from 1gb to 2gb)

After the upgrade was made I wasn't able to access Plesk Panel anymore.

This is what shows up when I try to access my Plesk Panel Login interface

Which kinda looks like a website with the css file missing.

And when I try to login with my usual details it comes to this.

Question is can I re-install Parallels Plesk Panel to fix this? Or is there any other way to fix this without re-installing Plesk?

I am using Paralles Plesk Panel 10.2.0 by the way.
