Parallels Installer Problem

Whenever I select the update and upgrade option and get to the "Install and Update Parallels Products" page, I get a pink error box with the following text:

"Failed to read product information from the file : Can't process products.inf3: Failed to download the package https://autoinstall.plesk.com/products.inf3: The requested URL returned error: 404 Can't process versions.inf3: Failed to download the package https://autoinstall.plesk.com/versions.inf3: The requested URL returned error: 404"

I've tried adding autoinstall.plesk.com to the hosts file but that didn't solve the problem. I can ping autoinstall.plesk.com without any problems.

Anyone have any ideas what may be causing the update/upgrade to throw the error?

Try installing from SHELL with:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller --source=http://64.131.90.31
