Parallels Plesk Panel 11.0.9 FTP Operation failed

Hi there,

I'm having one strange issue on my plesk and only on one certain domain...

When I access the FTP Access Option I get the error message "Operation Failed" with the message "The operation you were performing failed. You can retry the operation with or without changing its parameters. You may also want to report this problem to our support so that we could help you as soon as possible."

When I click the "Show Details" button I get this:

Well I have made what it is on that KB and not luck with it... Anyway If you read the KB the erro related there is when you click on the "Website & Domains" tab or While trying to reconfigure IIS settings for a domain using the websrvmng.exe utility and I don't get the error in none of these.

My error appear only when I click the "FTP Access" option inside the Website & Domains tab. And it only occours at a certain domain and I have more than ten on it.

This issue should not be reproduced at Plesk 11.5. Also if after upgrade from 9.5 to 11.0.9, www root is stored in plesk database is can be different than real existing folder, such error can appear (For example D:\Inetpub\vhosts\blabla and D:\inetpub\vhosts\blabla )
