In this version, the Portuguese language module had some entries not translated.

In specially, the file /usr/local/sitebuilder/resources/locale/pt_BR/Controls/PublicationSettingsForm.lng

Plesk Sitebuilder 4.2.3 as well as last 4.5 versions are available in the following languages officially supported by Parallels : English, German, Japanese, Spanish, French, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and only these language packs available on Parallels web site. As for additional locale packs (including pt_BR) which are located on ftp://download1.swsoft.com/SiteBuilder/ storage, these packs are just compiled into new version format but some new entities can be not translated. If there are some missing words in translation you can translate them by yourself.

4.2.3 Autoinstaller

Is the autoinstaller a separate file? The only autoinstaller I can find is listed for 4.5.

You can run autoinstaller for 4.5 and there will be option to select 4.2.3 release for installation. Just follow the steps of autoinstaller.
