Parallels Premium Outgoing Antispam: Error: The provided license key is invalid.

I installed Parallels Premium Outgoing Antispam with a valid license in Debian 6 x64 Plesk 11 MU#16

I got this result:

Error: The provided license key is invalid.
Protection : Not active. There are some problems that prevent the service from being started.


Please help!!!

In the panel: Protection : Not active. There are some problems that prevent the service from being started.

But if try to start application have this error:

root@srv:/tmp# /etc/init.d/ctasd_initd start
running ctasd from /opt/ctch/ctasd
Loading configuration file /etc/ctasd/ctasd-out.conf
Warning, can't change permissions to user=nobody group=nogroup

Ubuntu 12.04
Plesk 11.5.30 #24
